Stumpy's Cabin started with a simple belief: that the best meals come from the best ingredients, prepared with patience and care. Located along Route 41 in Waterford, we've been a gathering place for families, friends, and anyone who believes food should mean something.

Our kitchen doesn't rely on shortcuts. We smoke our meats low and slow, bake our breads from scratch, and source our produce from nearby farms whenever the season allows. The result is food that tastes like it was made for people who actually care about what they eat.
